Brandie Morton, Steel and Ink Tattoo Studio
Brandie Morton

I started my journey of tattooing at the age of 19. From there, I learned Body Modification in San Francisco, California. I worked as a body piercer in Southern California until I moved to St. Louis, Missouri. I opened my own tattoo Studio in 2009. Once I opened my own studio, I spent more and more time and effort on my artwork and on tattooing. I have spent my lifetime dedicated to the Body Art Industry and am still working!  I enjoy every form of Body Art and every medium of art there is. I have a special love for Body Modification, as it has taught me so many different life lessons and brought me to so many different places I could have never imagined! Tattooing has definitely earned a large place in my heart as well as taught me patience, dedication, temperance, and self discipline. I am nowhere close to my expectations as an artist, but I am well on my way! For questions or consultations, please feel free to email or call me.

Shawn Medina, Steel and Ink Tattoo Studio
Shawn Medina

I was born and raised in San Diego, California and have been tattooing in St. Louis, Missouri since 2011. I was drawn toward art from an early age. Some of my inspirations include Bob Tyrell, Carlos Torres and Jose Lopez.

While I enjoy tattooing in every style, I prefer Black and Gray and Realism. I am a 1st place award-winning black and gray artist. I’ve had the privilege of tattooing at conventions in multiple states including New York, Wisconsin, Iowa, Texas, Missouri, Illinois and California. In many ways I am a self-taught artist, but was given my break into professional tattooing by my fiance, Brandie Morton. My career has been one of the biggest blessings of my life.

Fino, Steel and Ink Tattoo Studio
Fino

My name is Serafino, but everybody just calls me Fino for short. I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, but I’ve always tried to take any opportunity to travel.  I started working the front counter at Steel and Ink Studio in January 2012, and was trained as a professional body piercer by Brandie Morton. I've always been really interested in art (not just tattoo art). When I’m not in the studio I’m usually spending time with my dog.

Interested in the art of tattooing since the young age of 8.
